As part of our growth and to complement our team, we would like to fill the position FAE Manager for our location in Taipei, Taiwan.

Ihre Aufgaben:

 

Be responsible for Technical Pre-Sales Activities & Technical solution promoter

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Coordinate internally with R&D and Engineering teams to address customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations effectively
• Co-development or self-development new customers from technical perspective

Cross functional communication

• Work closely with sales team members to develop existing and target customer relationships, including RFI/RFQs and new project development
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the factory to address customer questions, requirements, and issues, serving as a bridge between the customer and the factory
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements and market insights

Reporting & Process compliance

• Collaborate with the factory and internal teams to provide required reports to customers
• Support the completion of internal RFQs, project kick-off processes, and ensure projects transition smoothly to mass production

 

 

 

Ihr Profil:

 

• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin (Japanese is a plus)
• University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work independently
• High sense of responsibility and open communication style
• Strong understanding of marketing trends, ability to analyze competitor capabilities, and experience in establishing and maintaining customer relations
• Open for business trips
