Your tasks:
  • Sales system entry and maintenance on time with accuracy (Mainly but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics/CRM)
  • Coordinate RFQs to assist sales to deliver quality info to customer on time
  • Sales documentation preparation including but not limited to quotation, customer contracts, required analysis and reporting

Supplier Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Your tasks:
  • Ensuring the quality standard of VIA optronics
  • Carry out supplier qualification audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP)
  • Work with Engineering team to verify process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements
  • Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards
  • Lead the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities with the support of Sourcing and Engineering Dept
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues, if necessary by visiting suppliers on site
  • Collect and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain
  • Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)
  • Assist with supplier first off sample approvals
  • Manage and coordinate supplier Parts Per Million (PPM), supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators

Technical Director China (Suzhou) (m/f/d)

  • Support for the development of Interactive Display Systems (IDS), the components / technologies such as displays, touch panels, non-contact sensing, cover glass, cameras and controller boards
  • Drafting, design and elaboration of mechanical assemblies, as well as their required components (including feasibility studies) in CATIA
  • Creation and management of the technical documentation for components and subsystems / assemblies (e.g. parts lists, drawings, models, simulations, specifications) according to customer and other project-related requirements
  • Initiation of quality, cost and assembly / production related optimizations
  • Construction and support for the commissioning of production equipment and tools (bonding, lamination, assembly and handling)
  • Technical interface between other project teams and suppliers, as well as to the technical customer interface
  • Support of the organization with questions about the construction and the mechanical properties of the display systems during the entire product life cycle
  • Support with requirements management (technical functions and properties, qualification)
  • Concept studies and design elaboration based on 3D printing and preparation of the required CAD data

Manager Investor Relations (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
  • Be the point person for external investors and industry analysts for VIA
  • Internally work across many functions (finance, accounting, legal, SEC reporting) to manage press releases and the quarterly earnings call process
  • Leverage Jet, Power Pivot, and Power BI for company research; use external research for market dynamics and to forecast industry trends
  • Develop earnings presentations and presentations to investors
  • Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated, and timely
  • Effectively summarize and communicate trends and key insights to the leadership team
  • Design VIA’s investor communication approach and strategy
  • Build a vision for an outstanding investor relations program and execute on this vision by developing and adopting operational systems, processes, protocols, and standard methodologies
  • Collaborate with the company executives to create and distribute strategic, value-driving investment messages, including news releases, board and investor meeting materials, and other key collateral for internal and external communications
