Your tasks:
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Qualitätsprozesse und Entwicklung neuer Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit verantwortlichen Fachabteilungen
- Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und anschließender Wirksamkeitsprüfung
- Erfassung, Analyse und Archivierung von Qualitätsdaten
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits
- Bearbeiten von Reklamationen, Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen
- Überwachung von Erstmusterprüfberichten nach VDA und PPAP
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Prozessablaufplänen und Produktionslenkungsplänen (PLP)
- Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen
Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Studium im relevanten Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in 5M, 5Why, 8D Problemlösungs- und Bearbeitungswerkzeuge (MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
- Erfahrung im Automotiv-Umfeld bevorzugt
- Kenntnisse in Qualitäts- und ISO-Standards
- Gute Kenntnisse im Elektronikumfeld
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
