Your tasks:
- Mitwirkung bei der Aufstellung der F-20, Quartals-, Halbjahres- sowie Jahreskonzernabschlüsse inklusive Anhang, Lagebericht, IFRS Notes
- Interne Qualitätskontrolle für Abschlüsse (SOX-Umfeld, IFRS)
- Weiterpflege und Ermittlung der IFRS-Anpassungen
- Konsolidierung (LucaNet)
- Sonderaufgaben: Teilnahme an diversen konzernweiten Projekten (SOX-Implementierung, Erstellung der Bilanzierungsrichtlinien usw.)
- Ansprechpartner in Bilanzierungsfragen für Tochtergesellschaften
Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Finanzen/Controlling
- Berufserfahrung in internationaler Rechnungslegung/Controlling
- Idealerweise SOX-Kenntnisse
- BIG4-Hintergrund von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Finanz- und Geschäftsprozessen
- Kenntnisse der Anforderungen der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (HGB, insbesondere IFRS)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fortgeschrittene ERP- und Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel (Erfahrung mit Formeln und den Umgang mit großen Datenmengen)
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
