VIA optronics’ prime objective is to serve and treat our customers, partners, suppliers and employees as we would want to be served and treated. We strive to accomplish this by interacting with each stakeholder in a respectful, honest and straightforward manner.

To achieve our company's purpose and mission, we adapted the VIA optronics Code of Conduct. This sets the basic internal regulations and standards to be observed and followed by all employees of VIA optronics with the intention to optimize and further strengthen business ethics and VIA optronics’ compliance systems.
In addition to legal and compliance standards, our Code of Conduct includes basic policies. These policies address ethical business practices and topics such as human rights, safety of products and services, environmental conservation and information disclosure. The Code of Conduct has been adopted and implemented by all VIA optronics subsidiaries globally and is reviewed and supported by VIA top management frequently.
