In the course of our continuous growth and to strengthening our team in Suzhou, China, we search for talents for the following open positions:



  • 户投诉窗口,收集客户端正式和非正式投诉处理,按照客户投诉处理流程处理客诉
  • 使用质量工具处理客户反馈问题,避免问题重复发生,并形成8D或者其他客户要求的分析报告
  • 协调并跟踪RMA过程,组织RMA会议,并根据RMA会议输出,推动按时完成
  • 协助QS量产项目客户审核
  • 定期统计客户要求监控数据并提升改善
  • 客户满意度调查及评分
  • 定期拜访客户、快速反馈、良好的服务以便和客户维持好的客户关系,达到客户满意
  • 量产项目质量指标监控并制定改善措施


  • 了解IATF16949质量体系及五大质量工具优先
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力和高度的工作责任感,抗压能力强
