In the course of our continuous growth and to strengthening our team in Suzhou, China, we search for talents for the following open positions:
- Lead the team to achieve the labor productivity improvement target and machine change over improvement and overall OEE.
- Lead the team to update the necessary methods in order to achieve the improvement rate of production efficiency.
- Lead the team to support product quality improvment.
- Lead the team to realize daily improvement continuously base on lean principle.
- Lead the team to monitor capacity and expand it if necessary.
- New Project introduction from existing Consumer or Automotive customer.
- Optimize whole workshop layout.
- People management: Coach team members to make them clear for their development in career path.
- Develop and coach team member for the Process control tools, like SPC
- Coach team member for the FA tools, like 8D/5 WHY/Fish Bone/Fault tree etc.
