你的任务 | Your tasks:
- Prepare and maintain company quality system certification including but not limited to ISO 9001 & IATF16949
- Coordinate with external audits (customer audit and 3rd party audits) and follow up the action plans
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.
- Prepare with the team for internal audit plan including system audits, process audits and product audits and conduct the audit accordingly, issue audit report and follow up on the action plans.
- Set process KPIs with related stakeholders.
- Monitor and report regularly on process KPI performance.
- Organize regular management review meetings and follow up on the defined actions with the team.
- Manage and lead the global QMS team, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Motivate and coach the team to operational success.
- Provide technical expertise to the team.
你的资料 | Your profile:
- Completed professional training or bachelor/master
- Strong knowledge of the latest Automotive tools and techniques.
- Automotive Quality Management System Auditing experience and managing audit programmes.
- A detailed understanding of IATF16949 &ISO 9001
- Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills preferred.
- Experience with displays or touch sensors preferred
- Certified Auditor of ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949
- Training in VDA6.3
- Basic knowledge of REACH, RoHS, GP, ISO14001
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Good spoken and written knowledge in English, German knowledge is considered a plus
