Notice to Holders of American Depositary Shares (“ADS”) evidenced by American Depositary Receipts (“ADR”) representing deposited Common Shares of VIA optronics Holding AG:

You were previously notified, as owners and beneficial owners of the above ADRs, that The Bank of New York Mellon, as depositary, has terminated the Deposit Agreement, dated September 24, 2020, among VIA optronics Holding AG, the Depositary, and the Owners and Holders of ADRs..

As a result, the existing ADR facility was terminated effective at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on August 30, 2026.
