Customer Acquisition and Relationship Development
- Acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships in automotive and industrial sectors
- Analyze customer structures and identify key decision-makers to build effective contact networks.
Sales Execution & Negotiation
- Develop customer-specific strategies and solutions based on individual needs
- Create and present customized offers; support contract preparation
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations independently in line with company policies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Product Management, Production) to align on customer requirements
- Provide field insights to support product development and strategic planning
你的资料 | Your profile:
- 5–8 years of sales experience in the industrial and/or automotive supplier industry, ideally with exposure to the display market
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in German+English, comfortable working across cultures and international markets
- Strong technical understanding and ability to translate customer needs into viable solutions
- Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, with a structured and solution-focused approach
- Open for business travels national+international approximately 50% of the time
