We rely on our patented process for optical bonding including proprietary bonding material based on silicon. We offer optical bonding services for display solutions covering all types of form factors with the ability to combine displays with different surfaces such as glass, Touchpanel, plastic lenses out of PMMA and PC, and many more. This includes flat and curved applications, single, dual and multiple display application by providing manufacturing services only or full turnkey solutions.
Due to our flexible, manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic production lines in Germany and China, we can respond to any volume request; no matter it is low or high volume. With our own laboratories we offer the complete spectrum of qualifications and tests for different market requirements.
Optical Bonding Services for all Formats
VIA optronics meets the demand for optical bonding manufacturing service of displays up to 32inches in Germany and up to 65 inches in China, using highest standard of equipment and innovative production processes. VIA´s optical bonding process is applied to either different combinations of display, Touchpanel and glass, using pre-cured/jellylike or liquid OCR and OCA materials. Modern production facilities for medium-to-high volumes guarantee reliable, stable and efficient manufacturing.

At VIA optronics' headquarters, we have manual and semi-automated optical bonding processes and equipment. This enables us to manufacture products in low- to mid-size volumes.
With our processes we can offer optical bonding manufacturing services for glass, touch and display solutions ranging up to 32 inches. Capabilities such as single and dual display bonding are established in Germany.
Optical and electrical measurements are standard for high quality in- and out-going quality control but also enable qualification tests for products in different end markets as well as special optical tests for high end and new display generations.

Production Site in Suzhou, China
VIA´s largest product site is in Suzhou, China, where we are highly equipped with semi- and fully automated production lines. Optical Bonding is possible up to 65 Inch, Touch lamination up to 32 Inch. VIA Suzhou has capabilities for dual and multiple display bonding on a fully automated line. On top of optical bonding and lamination, electronic and mechanical assembly capabilities such as Backlight Unit assembly are available.
Comprehensive electrical and optical measurement as well as component and product level test capabilities are established in Suzhou. Further, optical bonding material expertise as well as all related test capabilities ensure customized bonding solutions for all product requirements.
